Frequently asked questions

Why is Figma not responding when uploading?

Because the Figma exporter works only on a single thread and won’t allow users to export and simultaneously modify the document. The export time depends on the number of layers. Having fewer layers inside the exported frame should speed up the exporting process by a little.

Why is my image pixelated on Slides?

Regardless of how high the resolution of the image, Google Slides will optimize the image to max of 1600 x 1600px maintaining the aspect ratio. This is pretty much the limitation of Google Slides.

I’m seeing an error saying “Image too large”

Google Slides can handle upto only a 25 megapixels image resolution. By default your Frame is exported to 2x by the plugin and that image is uploaded to Google Slides so if you have an Frame above 1500 x 1500 px you may see this error.

Why am I seeing an Authorization Error?
